|Have you recieved notification of approval
Your history is not updated until the course is approved
Go to Account Information and verify that your license expiration date is correct.
It must be a complete date (mm/dd/yy)
Your license must NOT have already expired
If your date is incorrect, do the following:
Enter the correct date and press Update
Go to "Track My CEUs" and press Update
If this is not the problem verify the following:
Do you have two licenses?
If so, make sure that you have selected the correct license on "Track My CEUs".
It is possible that a course could appear only on one license if the course`s scope of practice only applied to a single license.
