Have you recieved notification of approval
  • Your history is not updated until the course is approved

    Go to Account Information and verify that your license expiration date is correct.

  • It must be a complete date (mm/dd/yy)
  • Your license must NOT have already expired

    If your date is incorrect, do the following:

  • Enter the correct date and press Update
  • Go to "Track My CEUs" and press Update

    If this is not the problem verify the following:

  • Do you have two licenses?
  • If so, make sure that you have selected the correct license on "Track My CEUs".
  • It is possible that a course could appear only on one license if the course`s scope of practice only applied to a single license.
